services are based on short-range and long-range
plans focused around five key strategies that
are important to the individuals we serve:
- We will offer people with disabilities, and
their families, the choices and services that
are important to them.
- We will improve the quality of services to
make it possible for those we serve to participate
in community activities of their choosing.
- We will be the employer of choice for those
seeking to work in the service sector of providing
supports to people with disabilities.
- We will create a stable financial foundation
for current operations and for the future, and
continuously find ways to enhance our supports
and services.
- We will listen to the dreams and desires of
the people we serve.
