Objective - The goal of In-Home Respite Services is to champion Taconic Innovations mission of providing individuals with Developmental Disabilities and their families relief while providing them opportunities to participate in other activities within their immediate environment.

In-Home Respite Program is a program that is funded through a Grant awarded by the Family Support Unit of the Hudson Valley /Taconic DDSO . It addresses the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities living at home and provides relief to their families with focus on the following. It is primarily for individuals without Medicaid.
