About the Role
Oversee and manage daily program operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
Supervise, train, and support staff, including scheduling and performance management
Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and all applicable agency policies
Develop and monitor individualized service plans and program goals
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting requirements
Build strong relationships with individuals served, families, and community partners
Coordinate community-based activities that promote independence and inclusion
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and program development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, Special Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Knowledge of OPWDD regulations and Day Habilitation services strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
